What is Kissmegram?
Kissmegram is a social network built for the LGBTQ+ community and creators. Share photos, videos, stories and clips, go live, meet new people, and support your favorite creators.

Is Kissmegram free to use?
Yes! Creating an account and exploring the platform is completely free. Some creators offer exclusive content through subscriptions, which you can choose to support.

 

Creating Your Account

How do I sign up?
Tap "JOIN FREE" on our homepage and fill in your name, email address, and a password. You will receive a verification email to activate your account.

What age do I need to be?
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Kissmegram.

 

Your Profile

How do I set up my profile?
Go to Settings → Profile to add your photo, bio, location, and other details. A complete profile helps you connect with the right people.

Can I change my username?
Yes. Go to Settings → Profile and update your username at any time.

 

Posting Photos & Videos

How do I create a post?
Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen. You can upload photos, videos, or write a text post. You can also choose to make it free or exclusive for subscribers.

What file formats are supported?
We support JPG and PNG for images and MP4 for videos.

 

Stories & Clips

How do stories work?
Stories are short-lived posts that disappear after 24 hours. Tap your profile picture on the feed to add a new story.

What are Clips?
Clips are short-form vertical videos, similar to reels. They appear on the Clips tab and are a great way to grow your audience quickly.

 

Going Live

Can I go live on Kissmegram?
Yes! Any user can start a public or private live stream. Go to the Streams section and tap "Go Live" to get started. Private streams can be set up for your subscribers only.

What happens if my live stream is interrupted?
If your connection drops, your stream will end automatically. You can always start a new one.

 

Following & Connecting

How do I follow someone?
Visit a user's profile and tap the "Follow" button. Their public posts will appear in your feed.

What is the Discover (Kissme) feature?
Kissme is our discovery feature that shows you compatible people nearby based on your preferences and location. You need a profile photo and configured preferences to appear and see others.

 

Creators & Subscriptions

How do I subscribe to a creator?
Visit a creator's profile and tap the "Subscribe" button. You will gain access to their exclusive content for the duration of your subscription.

How much does a subscription cost?
Each creator sets their own monthly subscription price. You will always see the price clearly before subscribing.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Go to Settings → Subscriptions to manage and cancel any active subscriptions at any time.

 

Tips & Paid Content

Can I tip a creator?
Absolutely! On any creator's profile or post, you will find the option to send a tip directly to support their work.

What is a pay-to-unlock post?
Some creators offer individual posts you can unlock with a one-time payment, without needing a full subscription.

 

Payments & Wallet

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via major cryptocurrency networks and platform credit (wallet). More payment methods may be available depending on your region.

What is the Wallet?
Your Kissmegram Wallet lets you add credit to your account, which you can use to subscribe, tip, or unlock content instantly without re-entering payment details each time.

How do I withdraw my earnings as a creator?
Go to your Creator Panel → Withdrawals to request a payout. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply.

 

Privacy & Safety

Who can see my content?
Public posts are visible to everyone. Subscriber-only posts are visible exclusively to your active subscribers. You control the visibility of every piece of content you share.

Can I make my profile private?
You can control your post visibility and manage who follows you through Settings → Privacy.

 

Reporting & Blocking

How do I report a user or content?
Tap the three-dot menu on any post or profile and select "Report". Our team reviews all reports and takes action according to our community guidelines.

How do I block someone?
Go to the user's profile, tap the three-dot menu and select "Block". They will no longer be able to see your profile or contact you.

 

Account Verification

What is account verification?
Verification confirms your identity, which unlocks creator features like receiving subscriptions and withdrawing earnings. Go to Settings → Verification to start the process.

How long does verification take?
Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours after submitting your documents.

 

Installing Kissmegram on Your Phone

Is there a Kissmegram app?
Kissmegram is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA). On your phone's browser, tap "Add to Home Screen" to install it just like a native app — no app store needed.

Does it work on iOS and Android?
Yes! The PWA works on both iPhone (Safari) and Android (Chrome) devices for a seamless mobile experience.
